Volunteer: Meal Provider @ Just for You teen group

Just for You is a Teen Parent Support Group that meets on a monthly basis. We rely on generous volunteers to help us provide dinner for the 20-30 people that attend group (including teens, support people, and their children). As a Just for You volunteer you can stay to help serve dinner and interact with our families, or drop off meal to be served by others. Group participants come from Outagamie, Winnebago, and Calumet counties for the meal and conversation. Each session also includes a learning or fun activity for teen parents to participate in with their children and an opportunity to get needed supplies for their children.

Our May group is all about fantastic families- we will be providing a family dinner, picture frame craft, and an opportunity to take family photos!

Thank you for your interest in providing all or part of our May meal!

Volunteer: Fish for Kids' Sake

Fish for Kids is an opportunity for our Littles and children on our waiting to become a Little list, to learn to fish, interact with other children, have some fun and catch some fish! Every child will also receive their own fishing pole to continue to practice this new skill.

This event will be held this year on June 10th, from 9:00 AM- 12:00PM, at Abe Rochlin Park in Oshkosh.

We will have six stations and volunteers will help the children with teaching the children how to fish, learn about the different species of fish, how to tie a fishing knot, and then helping them through the process.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! We are hoping to have enough volunteers to have each volunteer with 1-2 children.  100 children are expected at this event.

Volunteer: Be the Change & Help Babies!

Krisley

Here's your chance to be the change & help babies!

Who:

You, by yourself or with a group of friends and family

What you'll be doing:

It's simple, really. We'll be working together to pack diapers.

Where:

Our office is located in downtown Kaukauna

When:

We can be flexible on time! Come for an hour or two, and make a difference!

Why:

Here in the U.S., one in three families struggles to afford the basic need of diapers for their babies. For the babies we serve overseas, the situation is much worse! By providing the basic need of diapers, caregivers can focus on meeting the other needs of their babies.
